The Beginner Program (ages 12-24+ months) provides a safe, clean, nurturing Montessori environment for our youngest ones to mobilize their curiosity. Spontaneous learning, gross motor skills, and language development are the focus. Ratio 1:5, maximum class size 10. The Pre-Primary Program (ages 24-36+ months) centers on discovery. Language and fine and gross motor skills are emphasized through the use of an array of listening skills materials and hands-on manipulatives. A calm and creative atmosphere brings out the cognitive and social skills which continue to develop. Ratio 1:6, maximum classroom size 12.
The Primary Program (ages 3-6 years) brings the first stage of life full circle. Meticulously prepared environments call to the child. The children are courteous and friendly. The teacher calmly guides and individually instructs students which inspires their pursuit of knowledge and ensures their completion of the Montessori curriculum. Ratio 1:11, maximum classroom size 22. The Elementary Level Program (1st through 3rd grades) consists of small group and individual instruction. Students have daily and weekly goals to complete from individualized written work plans to achieve their potential. Students are surrounded by friends in a beautiful classroom filled with exciting materials. The teacher's role, highly educated herself, becomes that of a mentor, encouraging excellence and creativity through well-planned and yet spontaneous learning opportunities. Field Trips and extra-curricular activities add to the rigorous Montessori curriculum. Ratio 1:10, maximum classroom size 20. The "Breakfast Club" (morning child care) helps the children ease into their day. A Certified Montessori Teacher greets the child and engages them in conversation while the children eat their breakfast or choose from various activities. The "Puzzle Place" is our unique take on afternoon child care. Children are allowed to
continue to choose from Montessori materials or from more traditional puzzles, toys, or art.
Additional outside free play, weather permitting, helps children exercise or relax on the 8,000
square foot playground. The staff read, play, and interact with the children until they are
rejoined with their families. Extra-Curricular activities after school include: Gymnastics, Dance, Arts & Crafts, Piano, Spanish, Yoga, and Karate. Come on a journey with us each Summer. We improve and refine our motor skills and rejuvenate our minds and bodies in a fun way. Fun in the sun each week culminates in Splash Days every Friday morning.
